The fourth trip this season has started off with some crazy weather. The cool rainy days have tested the rain gear and our resolve at times. Funny thing about fishing the north country, wait a bit and the weather will change!
There were a couple of amazing things that happened during this trip. I truly believe there are angles among us at times. God’s work was very apparent when he saved the lodge in 2021. He touches our lives when we least expect it and reminds us He is always there. This trip we had a young man who caught a 41″ pike on the very same lure his Dad caught his 41″ pike a year ago. He lost his father in November. Knowing He is with us can bring comfort and solace when we least expect it.
